PAYMENT POLICY

All Credit Card Payments and Instant EFTs will be via Bank Deposits. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never required.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 10 working days. If 10 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

PLEASE NOTE. Dirtylolli will not be liable for returns due to a customer fault (i.e.: incorrect size or colour ordered.) Shipping fees for collection from your address will be paid by you, re-delivery will be a further R140.

In the event of a return due to a fault by Dirtylolli, the returned shipping fees incurred will be covered by Dirtylolli.

Unfortunately, Dirtylolli cannot guarantee replacement of any item ordered in the wrong size, as some items are limited editions. Should this be the case please view our Exchange Policies.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item MUST BE unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unscathed packaging.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift cards can be purchased from the online store. When purchasing the voucher, the user will also enter the details of the person they are sending the voucher to. Once the order is placed and payment is done, the voucher number will be made available to the user and purchases can be made with the voucher number on checkout. The user can make a purchase of any amount and the system will record the remaining balance on the users card.

Apparel (This includes t-shirts, caps, jackets and socks. Dirtylolli will only exchange these items should they be incorrectly dispatched or have a manufacturing defect.)

Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable)

We offer shipping to all cities in South Africa. If you are not sure whether we ship to your area, please check the shipping zones on www.aramex.co.za

Our national shipping takes 2-5 working to all major cities and 5-10 to smaller towns.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE SHIPPING:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 311, Wonderpark Shopping Centre, Cnr. Brits Road And Heinrich Avenue, Karenpark, Pretoria Gauteng ZA 0182.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return-shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping/courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
