How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse through our website, select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, provide your shipping details, and complete the payment. It's that easy!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can easily track your package.
Please note: The exception is our bag and wallet collection, which are pre-ordered. Pre- ordered items from this collection take 21-28 working days to be delivered in-store and then shipped to you.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I return or exchange an item if I’m not happy with it?
Absolutely! We have a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and Payflex. All payments are secure, ensuring your transaction is safe and protected.
Do you sell sneakers/shoes?
Yes, we sell sneakers, including exclusive Jordans and Nikes, but they’re available only in-store at DirtyLolli in WonderPark Shopping Centre! Be sure to stop by and check out our latest collection.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We believe in offering exclusive, limited-edition pieces, so once an item is sold out, it’s gone for good. Make sure to grab your favourites before they’re gone!
