Returns & Refund Policy
At Dirty Lolli, we’re all about keeping you looking fresh and feeling good. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ve got your back with a fair return and refund policy that complies with South African consumer laws.
1. Can I Return My Order?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or faulty, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or exchange in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
● You must notify us within 6 months of receiving the item.
● The defect must not be caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect care.
● We’ll cover the return shipping costs for faulty products.
1.2 Wrong Item Received
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
● You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect order.
● The item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all tags attached.
● Once we receive the return, we’ll send you the correct item or process a refund.
1.3 Size Exchange or Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, we’ll offer a store credit or exchange.
● Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
● The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
● The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
● Sale items and promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Return an Item
1. Email us at sales@dirtylolli.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
3. Send your item back to us (if applicable).
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
● Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
● If the original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit.
● Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
4. What Can’t Be Returned?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for: 🚫 Sale or clearance items (final sale). 🚫 Gift cards or store credit purchases. 🚫 Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. 🚫 Products that were damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing, or normal wear and tear.
